I was born in a working class neighbourhood of Malaga, Virgen de Belen. The experiences in my neighbourhood taught me the principles that I still follow every day.
I studied psychology but Human resources selected me to follow a path full of difficulties and impactful learning experiences.
I moved to Madrid when I was young to learn and to work. Experiencing moments that I cannot forget and creating a new family of friends.
I have been working in Human resources for more than 20 years. I have experience for working in small, close-knit companies as well as big multinational companies. I cherish amazing memories from working with ADC Human Resource consultants, Randstand and Hays. I could never forget those experiences, they all taught me to be a better professional.
Since a few months I learnt how to overcome the fear of uncertainty and took the leap to create AANPAK, my professional dream.
I have designed a company that covers all the aspects of my expertise like talent acquisition, retribution and outplacements. And not to forget one of the most important principles that has been the driving force in my life “The true greatness of being human is born from the desire to serve a selfless cause”
